Twitter users blast Matilda Asare for saying there is nothing to be fixed in Ghana | Screenshots

Kumawood actress, Matilda Asare is being dragged on Twitter following her comments she made about the #FixTheCountry protests.

According to her, there is nothing wrong in this country that needs to be fixed.

Her comments came after she appeared Nana Ama McBrown’s United Showbiz Show hosted on Saturday, May 8, 2021.

The actress noted that the country is working perfectly and nothing is there to be fixed, adding that no govt worker is on strike and students ain’t having a problem so the agenda should be abolished.

 

Matilda’s comments has generated mass reactions on social media, Twitter to be precise.

Matilda said in response to the #fixthecountry problem that Ghana is at peace, that doctors and teachers are not on strike, and that nothing needs to be done.

She also said that the “Fix The Country” campaigners must be clear in their demands and clarify what they want the government to do to fix the country.

According to netizens, she essentially spewed garbage on the show, with many claiming that she seemed clueless and immature and that she should never be invited back.

Although some were lenient with her, some took it seriously and took her to the cleaners.
